Tips on how to write an application letter for fresh graduates

The most important qualification an employer will be looking for on someone applying to become a customer service representative or anything to do with customer interaction is the ability to manage clients at the most difficult situation. Therefore, make it a point to state and highlight something that will prove you are capable of managing stressful situations with customers.
Remember that claiming you are great with customer interaction is different from proving you are great with customer interaction. You need to cite specific experiences and in an application letter, it’s important that you highlight the best examples. Be concrete.
